Excalibur Seasoning
This is a great old-fashioned bologna seasoning! The mustard and garlic flavors come through perfectly. Stuff it into our large bologna casings just like you used to buy at the deli or butcher.
Use: Use 1.4375 lbs of seasoning plus 3 to 5 lbs of cold water plus 1 oz of Sure Cure tp 25 lbs of meat.
