Excalibur Seasoning
This marinade is a little sweet and a little smoky, making it perfect for elk, moose, bison, or any other wild game meats! Mix 3 tablespoons to 1 pint of water and marinate steaks, roasts, etc. for 15 to 20 minutes. Small Particle Size.

Usage:Use as a rub and season to taste or as an option Mix 3 tablespoons to 1 pint of water. Marinate steaks or roasts 15-20 mins.
