Apple and Pork go together like peanut butter and jelly! This works great on briskets, ribs, and of course butts! For best results, rub this the day before and store overnight in a refrigerator to let the seasoning sink in. If you are doing pulled pork, don't forget to sprinkle some on after you have shredded the pork! Small Particle Size.
