This is an absolutely delicious salami seasoning with a great flavor! The cracked black pepper adds a nice flavor kick and visual appeal to the sausage. This is a great choice for making deer or wild game sausage.
Ingredients: Salt, hydrolyzed protein from soy and milk, corn syrup solids, wheat and corn flour, spices, monosodium glutamate, garlic, sodium erythorbate 0.57%, and less than 2% calcium stearate as an anticake. *This seasoning contains the allergens soy, milk and wheat.* Usage: Use 2.34375 lbs. of seasoning plus 1 oz. of SURE CURE to 25 lbs. of meat and 1.5 lbs. of cold water.
