- FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100!
- Due to current economic impact, FedEx Express (overnight & 2 day) orders are no longer being “guaranteed” by FedEx. In a case where FedEx Express has failed to deliver on the expected date, we will issue a refund for any additional shipping costs in the form of a gift certificate to be used on any future purchase.
- All orders will ship via FedEx, USPS, or SpeeDee.
- Free shipping orders will be shipped using the carrier of our choice.
- Per our agreement with FedEx we are able to reach 62% of the US homes in 2 days.
- In most cases, all orders placed by noon CST will ship the same day (business days only). However, these handling times can be delayed due to unusually high volumes of orders.
- Our average FedEx ground transit is 2.45 days.
- FedEx Express Saturday/Sunday delivery is not an option.
- Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years of age or older to purchase long guns and long gun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase all other guns and ammunition.
- LA, DC, MN, PA, NY, NJ, MA, IL, CT, & CA customers should check their local laws on ammunition restrictions.
- We can no longer ship ammunition to California & New York.
- All handguns must legally ship via air rather than ground transit.
RETURNS
- You may return most new, unopened, unused items in original sale condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- We will not accept responsibility for items returned without a prior authorization
- If your initial order was under $100, the $11.99 shipping charge will not be refunded. Only the cost of goods will be refunded.
- Returns or exchanges will not be allowed on calls, ammunition, guns, bows, or food related items.
- All returned and exchanged items must be approved by Presleys Outdoors staff.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to apply to your account.
- To return an item, please call us at 309-697-1193 between 8am & 4pm CST and ask for the orders department OR email Zach at zach@presleysoutdoors.com.
- Once your item has been authorized for return please ship to:
- Merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
